2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Send you updates, marketing communications, and product announcements
• Respond to your questions and support requests
• Analyze usage patterns and optimize the user experience
• Comply with legal obligations

3. ChatGPT and Connected AI Services

If you choose to connect FitForce to ChatGPT or another supported AI service, FitForce may share information from your account with that service so it can complete the actions you request. This may include client names and contact details, sessions, invoices, expenses, waivers, workout programs, meal plans, dashboard summaries, and related business records.

FitForce uses OAuth-based authorization for supported AI connectors. You control whether the connector is enabled, and you can disable MCP/AI connector access from your FitForce settings. We do not share FitForce account data with ChatGPT or OpenAI unless you connect your account and request actions that use the connector.

Information shared with ChatGPT or OpenAI is also handled under OpenAI's applicable terms and privacy policies. Do not use FitForce or connected AI services to request medical diagnosis, treatment, or other regulated professional advice.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Service providers: third parties that help us operate the Service (e.g., hosting, analytics, email delivery)
• Connected services you authorize: AI assistants and integrations, such as ChatGPT, when you connect your FitForce account and ask the connected service to perform an action
• Legal requirements: when required by law, regulation, or legal process
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

5. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to collect usage data and improve the Service. We use Google Analytics to understand how users interact with our website. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure.
